Our organic organic white unbleached wheat flour (Strong Bakers) is made by ''Ardent Mills'' (Robin Hood) from organic hard spring wheat blend and is ideal for applications requiring a stronger gluten flour.
This organic flour can be used to make: European crusty breads, specialty pan breads, dinner & soft rolls, Danish pastries, sweet dough, pretzels, croissants, etc.
It is a little higher in gluten than our ''All-Purpose'' flour but the difference is marginal in most home baking applications.
