Our organic crispy rice is the perfect healthy breakfast cereal. This is our take on the popular rice crispies but organic! It is a fantastic addition to your homemade muesli or granola, delicious in bars and homemade chocolate clusters as they give an incredible crunch.

If you're looking for ways to add more protein to your diet, our rice crisps are an excellent choice. They're also great for people with food allergies or sensitivities because rice is naturally gluten and dairy free.

Our crispy rice is made from organic rice that is crushed and ground into flour. Then it goes into a twin-screw extruder machine connected to a barrel. Here, in this machine, heating, cooling, mixing and shearing processes are conducted, and pellets are formed.

 

Our Super Simple 3 Ingredient Organic Vegan Rice Crispy Squares:

  • Ingredients:
    • ⅓ cup of organic nut butter (Almond, hazelnut or peanut).
    • ⅓ cup of organic maple syrup.
    • 3 cups of organic crispy rice.
  1. Combine the organic nut butter and organic maple syrup in a small pot on medium-low heat. Mix with a whisk until a uniform texture is obtained. Mix occasionally until it starts to bubble.
  2. Put the organic crispy rice in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the organic nut butter and organic maple syrup mixture in the large bowl with the organic crispy rice.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together until the organic crispy rice is thoroughly coated.
  5. Pour into the mixture inside an 8 inch baking pan that has been lined with parchment paper.
  6. Place the baking pan in the freezer for 1 hour.
  7. Remove and slice into 16 squares.

General Storage Tips:

• Nothing beats vacuum sealing for freshness.
• Store below 15°C and < 65% humidity.
• Store in the dark as light degrades flavors.
• Mason jars make great storage containers.
• Can be frozen to prolong shelf life.
