What is the difference between raw pumpkin seeds and raw pumpkin seed protein powder?

  • Raw pumpkin seeds contains all the parts of the pumpkin seed and have quite a bit of fat.
  • Raw pumpkin seed protein powder is made by cold pressing the oil from the pumpkin seeds. The remaining by product is ground into a powder. The result is a much higher protein to weight ratio and much less fat.
