Our organic fermented pea 80% protein powder is an excellent plant-based source of protein, extracted through an extensive process. After the harvest, peas are dried and grinded into a fine flour, then mixed with water, fermented, and separated from the fiber and starch. The paste is dried and ground into powder. Fermentation massively increases the "good" bacteria and promotes a healthy gut.
