Our organic cauliflower flour is a real tongue twister, try saying that fast! Cauliflower is an extremely healthy vegetable that's a significant source of nutrients.

Our flour has only one ingredient; organic cauliflower. Some stores sell cauliflower flour mix that only contains a portion of cauliflower and the rest is boosted by cheaper rice flour.

It is made from dried, ground organic cauliflower and has a fine texture, creamy-white color with a neutral flavor.

General Storage Tips:

• Nothing beats vacuum sealing for freshness.
• Store below 15°C and < 65% humidity.
• Store in the dark as light degrades flavors.
